Sustainable Med · Berlin

Manifest

Medicine has never been able to measure the human body this precisely. Most patients still leave a practice after seven minutes with a prescription and a guess.

We started Sustainable Med to close that gap. The diagnostics exist. The clinical knowledge exists. What has been missing is a practice built to apply both to one person, over years.

Symptoms are signals. Pain that keeps returning, fatigue no one could explain, a cycle that has gone off script, a body that used to do more. Each one points somewhere. Finding where takes time, measurement, and a doctor who has read your whole record before the first question.

So we built the practice around four commitments.

Four commitments

01

Measure first

Every plan starts with a baseline: blood biomarkers, clinical exam, movement and body composition, your own device data. Anything we tell you about your biology, we can show you.

02

Agree the target

Before treatment begins we write down what better looks like: the biomarker, the function, the symptom, the timeline. You know what we are aiming at, and so do we.

03

Judge by the result

We re-test. A protocol earns its place by moving your numbers and how you feel. What works, we keep. What stalls, we change.

04

Stay

Health is a course, not an appointment. We follow up, we call, we re-assess. Your record lives here and gets more valuable every year.

Physician-led. Private practice in Berlin. Every signal in one health record, owned by you.

Medicine for your goals.
