Examine. Treat. Move.

Functional analysis

We assess your joints, muscle function and painful movements. Where useful, VALD measurements add detail on strength, movement patterns and differences between sides.

Provide medical treatment

The examination guides your treatment, which may include manual medicine and fascia techniques. We assess how your body responds.

Continue in everyday life

You receive exercises and a plan for gradually increasing activity. We consider nutrition and recovery where relevant, and review progress through your symptoms and physical function.

Your care with us

Understand. Treat. Keep going.

We connect your story with thorough diagnostics and personal treatment. Together, we turn those insights into a plan that evolves with you.

How it works
  1. Understand.

We take 60 minutes for your story and a thorough examination. Bloodwork, a body scan or movement testing add to the picture where useful.

  2. Treat.

We discuss your findings and begin the right treatment. Your personal plan connects medical care with nutrition, movement and recovery.

  3. Keep going.

You put your plan into practice. Together, we review changes in your symptoms, movement and measurements, and adjust the next steps.

Frequently asked

Questions before your first visit.

Talk to our practice team
Is this covered by health insurance?

We are a private practice and bill transparently under the German fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ). PKV and Beihilfe reimburse many of our services, though coverage depends on your plan, and some functional diagnostics are self-pay. You'll know what each test costs before we run it.

What does the first appointment look like?

We spend 60 minutes discussing your symptoms and examining your joints, muscles and movement. Initial manual treatment may be appropriate, depending on the findings. You can upload existing results and imaging beforehand. We agree further assessments and your exercise plan with you.

I already have a surgery recommendation. Is this still worth it?

Often, yes. A functional second opinion shows whether conservative treatment is a real option. And if surgery remains the right call, we prepare you for it and support your rehab.

Do I need an MRI or X-ray?

No. Bring what you have; the functional examination is what matters. If imaging is needed, we arrange it specifically.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Book directly via Doctolib, or message us if you are unsure which appointment type fits best.
